Clay Rodgers - Founder, TierRisk Solutions LLC 

After more than 15 years of service in the U.S. Government, Clay brings unparalleled expertise in strategic security planning, executive protection, and cybercrime investigations. 

Previously, Clay served as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service, where he conducted physical security and executive protection operations across four continents. His assignments included high-level tactical planning for National Special Security Events (NSSEs), involved sensitive protective operations for global leaders including the President of Iran and Prime Minister of Iraq, and included extensive collaboration with domestic and international military Special Operations Forces. As a member of the U.S. Secret Service's Counter Assault Team, Clay designed and executed security strategies, coordinated complex logistics, and developed emergency response protocols for diplomatic and executive leadership, to include the President and Vice President of the United States. 

Clay also held progressive leadership roles within the U.S. Secret Service where he managed over 100 officers during global protection operations, directed tactical responses at high-profile events, and implemented perimeter security policies that significantly improved incident response times. 

As part of the entire security framework, Clay led complex investigations into cybercrime, fraud, and workplace violence, utilizing advanced digital forensics and covert operations. His investigative experience spanned domestic and international fraud schemes, multi-jurisdictional money laundering, and sensitive cases involving discrimination and harassment in the workplace.

Today, Clay continues to shape global security strategy tailored to the private club industry. He understands the unique dynamic between securing properties and preserving member experience. His career reflects a deep commitment to protecting people, assets, and reputation through precision, discretion, and strategic foresight.
